Project Summary

When Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, Vista quickly launched efforts to denounce the invasion and support the Ukrainian people.

 

While the company worked behind the scenes to help our Ukrainian team members, a customer-facing #StandWithUkraine initiative turned VistaPrint’s custom-printed products into ways people around the world could show their support. A new microsite experience was launched within 2 weeks to give away more than 80,000 printed pieces and give our customers more ways to help.

As the writer for this initiative, I proposed weaving together each of Vista's separate efforts into one cohesive, customer-facing story that outlined:

  1. what was happening

  2. how deeply this was affecting Vista

  3. what we were doing about it

 

This messaging was used in cross-channel efforts, including Vista’s social platforms, the #StandWithUkraine microsite (during and after our giveaway), and partner sites.
